The Human Resources Management Program at IHMGS is designed for international students who want to build a strong career in people and talent management within modern organizations. This program provides a deep understanding of how companies operate and the strategic role that human capital plays in their growth and success.

Throughout the program, you will learn how to recruit, train, motivate, and develop employees, as well as create positive, healthy, and productive work environments. The curriculum combines practical HR training, Spanish language learning, and international experience, preparing you to work in different countries and professional contexts.

Study Program

This program includes 990 hours of training divided into three key phases that combine professional, academic, and language development:

  • Phase 1 – Spanish Language Training (A1 + A2)

Learn the fundamentals of Spanish needed to communicate confidently, integrate into your environment, and function professionally in Spain.

Phase 2 – Human Resources Management Training

  • Develop practical knowledge and skills in essential HR areas, such as:
  • Human Resources Management
  • Labor Law and Payroll Administration
  • Document Management and Administrative Tools
  • Team Communication and Organizational Support.

 

Phase 3 – Certification and Professional Preparation

Receive an official professional certificate from Aura Labor and the Spanish Ministry of Labor, along with personalized guidance to prepare for job opportunities in Spain or other countries.

This program is aimed at young adults aged 18 to 30 who have completed secondary education or vocational training in a related field and wish to pursue studies in Spain.

Requirements for Non-EU Students:

Applicants from countries outside the European Union must meet at least one of the following conditions:

  • Be currently enrolled in a related field of study at a recognized institution (university or accredited center), or
  • Have completed studies in a relevant area within the last five years. (In some countries, this requirement may not apply.)

Additionally, non-EU students must obtain a student visa in order to study in Spain.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR A STUDY VISA TO ENROLL IN STUDY COURSES IN SPAIN. OUR TEAM AT IHMGS WILL ADVISE YOU IN THE PROCESS ,The basic documents to provide:

  • Certificate of enrollment in IHMGS
  • Proof of payment of the study program
  • Plan of studies to be carried out
  • Passport copy
  • Study Visa Application Form + payment of Embassy fees
  • Medical insurance
  • Financial solvency: The student must demonstrate solvency of minimum 750 euros per month to cover living expenses. This can be proved by bank statements, personal sponsor or a loan.
  • Proof of clear criminal record
  • Health certificate
  • Birth certificate
  • Official Certification issued by IHMGS School.
  • Comprehensive Study Plan combining Spanish language training and the master’s program.
  • Spanish Language Course (600h) to ensure full integration.
  • Full support with visa processing and required documentation to study in Spain.
  • Personalized guidance and assistance throughout your stay.
  • Optional cultural activities to experience Spanish life and culture.
  • Optional professional internships in sports-related organizations (conditions apply).

With your student visa, you’ll be able to work legally in Spain. Thanks to the long-stay programs offered by IHMGS, you can work up to 30 hours per week while completing your studies.

There are two legal ways to work with a student visa:

  • Part-time employment: You may obtain a work contract of up to 30 hours per week, as long as it doesn’t interfere with your academic schedule. IHMGS provides flexibility and guidance to help you balance your studies and work
  • Internships: You can also gain experience through curricular or extracurricular internships, including the paid internships available in some of our IHMGS Study Programs in Spain.
